Customer Complaints
If the Client has a complaint concerning its treatment by Deutsche Sekuritas Indonesia (“DSI”), the Client should in the first instance speak to its normal contact within Deutsche Sekuritas Indonesia and, if the Client so elects, submit a complaint in writing to DSI. Any complaint received by DSI shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures of Deutsche Bank Group.
